Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Soliant is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team in the Prior Lake, MN area for the school year. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of speech therapy experience. This position involves working with students from kindergarten to 12th grade, with the specific age group determined based on candidate experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to identify and address students' communication needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development of student education plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active state Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP-CCC) and/or Certification in Fluency (SLP-CFY) are highly desirable.
