Job Title: Junior Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Management Analyst to join our team at Softtek Government Solutions. As a Junior Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our public health preparedness and emergency response organization at the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assessment and analysis of policy options related to national health security.
  • Address Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) health threats.
  • Support medical countermeasure (MCM) development, acquisition, and utilization.
  • Engage in emergency preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery.
  • Contribute to climate change adaptation, resilience, health equity, and the needs of at-risk populations.
  • Respond to emergent public health threats and natural or human-caused health emergencies.
  • Support the implementation of objectives in the National Biodefense Strategy.
  • Assist with interdepartmental clearance of high-level policy and technical documents.
  • Study mission-critical issues to support the development of congressional testimony, briefing materials, and other writing projects.
  • Develop talking points and slides for presentations, speeches, and leadership briefs.
  • Prepare complete and accurate meeting summaries.
  • Support studies and analyses on health-related emergency preparedness and response issues.
  • Assist in managing interagency tracking of policies and activities implemented by ASPR.
  • Collect promising practices and compile them into an accessible web-based compendium.
  • Support ASPR federal advisory committee operations.
  • Contribute to writing/editing efforts across a broad range of materials.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • US citizenship
