Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care services, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective treatment.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
  • One year of geriatric nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Advanced knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
