Job Summary

The RN Unit Manager is a key member of the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the geriatric nursing unit. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage patient care, supervise nursing staff, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care services, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction
  • Lead and develop nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Manage and coordinate medication administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to emergency situations, prioritizing patient and staff safety
Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
  • Current licensure/registration in applicable State
  • One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
