Position Overview:

As a Solutions Architect, you will leverage your extensive experience in system design to address complex challenges in the nuclear defense sector. Your ability to foresee potential issues and devise effective strategies will be crucial in supporting critical mission sets related to Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical execution of projects and formulate go-to-market strategies for Electromagnetic Pulse testing capabilities.
  • Support intricate and technical proposals by identifying client requirements and purchasing behaviors.
  • Develop comprehensive technical solution options and effectively communicate their impact to clients.
  • Conduct competitive assessments and apply advanced technical principles throughout the business development lifecycle.
  • Ensure that solution designs resonate with clients while adhering to sustainability and affordability standards.
  • Address complex problems and provide innovative solutions for high-priority opportunities.
  • Facilitate effective communication with capture teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the nuclear defense industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in opportunity capture management.
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary solution development for government projects.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in crafting complex technical solutions for large-scale captures.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with corporate teams, clients, and industry partners.
  • Familiarity with bid and proposal pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of corporate procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Experience with the business development lifecycle and solution selling methodologies.
  • Background in Air Force, Space Force, or NASA sectors.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying multi-step and interdependent activities to capture teams.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications in Proposals, Capture Management, or Solution Architecture.

Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
