Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the nuclear defense industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in opportunity capture management.
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary solution development for government projects.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating complex technical solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate teams, clients, and industry partners.
  • Familiarity with bid and proposal pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of corporate procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Experience in the business development lifecycle and solution selling methodologies.
  • Background in Air Force, Space Force, or NASA markets.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex, interdependent activities to capture teams.
  • Leadership experience with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Proposals, Capture Management, or Solution Architecture.

Security Clearance:
Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
