About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pump/Abatement/Chiller Equipment Specialist to join our team at Experis. As an Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Pump/Abatement/Chiller equipment to improve product quality, drive yield improvements, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment optimization strategies to improve product quality and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related problems
  • Apply failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC/FDC methodologies to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
  • Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost optimization activities
  • Manage and audit equipment suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and risk mitigation objectives are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Pump/Abatement/Chiller Equipment Development for semiconductor products
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with automation projects and coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
