Pump/Abatement/Chiller Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pump/Abatement/Chiller Equipment Specialist to join our team at Experis. As an Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Pump/Abatement/Chiller equipment to improve product quality, drive yield improvements, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement equipment optimization strategies to improve product quality and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related problems
- Apply failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC/FDC methodologies to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost optimization activities
- Supervise the health of assigned equipment and ensure high-quality output
- Develop proactive redundancy plans for bottlenecks that could impact Fab cycle time or turns
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Pump/Abatement/Chiller Equipment Development for semiconductor products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with automation projects requiring coding, machine learning, and JMP scripting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
