Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide exceptional service
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
  • Create promotional materials tailored for clients
  • Input and monitor client purchase orders
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or a related field

  • Experience with customer operating portals is a plus
