Job Description

The Data Analytics Manager will play a critical role in developing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic analyses to drive business outcomes. This includes analyzing campaign performance, developing marketing mix attribution models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing spend and resource allocation.

In this dynamic environment, you will leverage advanced analytics tools and technologies to inform business decisions, develop impactful presentations, and build relationships with senior leadership and external partners. Your expertise in data management, business performance metrics, and marketing tactics effectiveness will enable us to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 9 years of related work experience, preferably in marketing analytics or business analytics
  • Strategic consulting experience and proficiency with analytical tools
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations

Salary Estimate
