Role Summary:

We are in search of a Recruiter to assist in achieving our staffing objectives by identifying skilled and qualified individuals to enhance our workforce. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, evaluation, offer management, and onboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust candidate pipeline utilizing diverse sourcing strategies
  • Evaluate candidates through resume assessments and preliminary phone interviews
  • Draft job advertisements and define position specifications
  • Facilitate employment negotiations and oversee the onboarding process

Qualifications:
