Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Compounder to join our esteemed manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to advance their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to established formulas and procedures.
  • Ensure all materials are weighed and stored in appropriate sanitized containers.
  • Prepare and sanitize all necessary manufacturing equipment.
  • Combine and blend various products such as lotions, creams, and beverages, adhering strictly to provided guidelines.
  • Operate processing machinery including pumps, tanks, and mixers.
  • Collect product samples for quality assurance testing.
  • Confirm adherence to formulas and procedures during the compounding process.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in batch preparation.
  • Correct improperly prepared batches by following established protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the compounding area.
  • Safely operate a forklift for the movement of materials.
  • Utilize the current inventory management system for accurate measurements.
  • Follow company standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
  • Perform minor repairs on equipment and facilities as needed.
  • Assist packaging and laboratory teams when required.

Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of the compounding process.
  • Knowledge of safe forklift operation or willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English to follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to accurately convert measurements.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the current inventory system.
