Position Overview

The Corporate Compliance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the management of legal entities and subsidiaries, ensuring that all data is meticulously maintained and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the legal entity and subsidiary management system, ensuring the accuracy of all entity information.
  • Produce detailed reports as required from the management platform.
  • Organize and preserve virtual corporate record books to ensure compliance.
  • Examine entity documentation, collaborate with clients, and prepare beneficial ownership reports in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Timely preparation and filing of annual and periodic reports across all U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Draft various forms, reports, and applications in accordance with state regulations, including entity formation and amendments.
  • Prepare annual resolutions for boards and stockholders.
  • Maintain a tracking system to monitor compliance deadlines and filing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate governance and legal entity operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on interpersonal relations.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
