Position Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will be tasked with implementing the business strategies as outlined by Corporate. This role involves overseeing the development of LVMH Fragrance Brands at the retail sales level within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing the Account Strategy by:
  • Meeting and exceeding established retail sales targets as defined by Corporate.
  • Ensuring effective utilization of all client retention systems within each account.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and inspiring Beauty Advisors to meet sales objectives.
  • Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and managing freelancers to support sales goals, including budget management.
  • Collaborating with store personnel for the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and special events.
  • Implementing corporate merchandising standards to maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands' image at the point of sale.
  • Negotiating with store personnel to secure space and enhance product placement across all categories.
  • Providing the corporate office with updates for the account profile book, including changes in space, location, and staffing.
  • Assisting the Education Department in training and developing Beauty Advisors while fostering productive communication with Education Executives.
  • Supplying the Sales team with essential information for the account's monthly business report, including updates on new product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Conducting all other job-related activities, including travel to various locations.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
May oversee Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and selecting high-performing Beauty Advisors, along with experience in multi-door specialty account sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Determination to enhance the market share of all Brand products within the assigned area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • This position operates from a home office.
  • Travel requirements vary by territory and may be extensive.
  • Flexible working hours are necessary to achieve job objectives.
  • Must handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
