  • Development and Analysis: Conduct development activities, including analysis and solution design, across application layers, and develop in 3E IDE and Design Gallery.
  • Solution Management: Provide direct oversight and management of various solutions as assigned, ensuring the health and stability of all solutions owned.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, track, and report on performance and capacity, responsible for capacity planning and ensuring optimal system utilization.
  • Business Engagement: Engage with the business as needed to support the above responsibilities, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • IT Collaboration: Work with relevant IT teams to develop and deliver enhancements and new capabilities, driving and managing those efforts to ensure successful implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain current and accurate architecture and support documentation for use by both engineering teams and support staff, providing regular updates and reporting to senior management.
  • Training and Coaching: Collaborate in the creation and use of training and QA materials and activities for applications supported, providing coaching to junior analysts on troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess advanced knowledge of enterprise applications on premise, in the cloud, and hybrid, as well as common legal enterprise solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Work with product vendors and procurement to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' of information technology experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience working with Thomson Reuters Elite 3E.
  • 5+ years of law firm experience.
