Program Manager, Andon Cord Team Lead

Amazon's Andon Cord team is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead program management initiatives across marketplaces and drive customer experience improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key performance metrics (KPIs) across Andon Cord
- Develop new KPIs and report on progress
- Owning graduated enforcement of defect elimination mechanisms with stakeholders to prioritize the customer experience
- Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOP) and adherence to these practices among various Amazon leaders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
