About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a complex program within our Advertising organization. Your focus will be on creating a strategy, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of ambitious roadmaps from inception to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a short- and long-term strategy for the organization, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Influence, negotiate, and make key decisions to drive team success.
  • Analyze metrics and competitive landscapes to inform program decisions.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, improving processes and solving partner concerns.
  • Balance business needs with technical constraints, gaining consensus across partners.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including executive updates and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience working with partners in Program/Product/Engineering/Sales/Ops organizations.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a project/program manager in a technical environment.
  • Experience working in end-to-end, cross-functional environments with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and project management counterparts.
  • Ability to lead through influence, negotiation, and information management, remaining execution-focused.
  • Ability to operate independently, showing initiative under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and train others on the team.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale projects in a product environment.
