  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure clients receive well-rounded, integrated financial services.
  • Track and manage performance metrics, ensuring goals for revenue and client satisfaction are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar role.
  • CFP designation (or actively pursuing certification) is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools (e.g., eMoney, Wealthfront, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Series 7/66 or 65 licenses preferred.
