Job Title: Product Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Specialist to join our team at i3 Verticals Management Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our proprietary software applications by testing them against user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test software applications to ensure they meet user requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement changes and improvements.
  • Document testing processes and provide training to users.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering and/or post-sales implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
