Key Responsibilities:
- Serving and greeting all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a neat and clean appearance, adhering to company standards
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Providing a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company safety protocols
- Maintaining proper cash levels in register when receiving payments from customers for purchases
- Counting and verifying cash transactions to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring customers are of proper age to purchase alcohol and tobacco products
- Performing additional tasks as needed to support the sales team
Requirements:
- Cash handling experience preferred, but not required
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Punctuality and reliability are required
- Dependable transportation is required
- Ability to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
