About the Internship

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Product Design Interns. As a Product Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced design team to develop and implement innovative product designs that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team to explore and develop ad experiences that balance user needs with business goals
  • Utilize design tools such as Figma to develop and iterate on visual and interactive designs
  • Participate in user testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs based on user insights
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Learn how data and analytics can be used to monitor and inform advertising product experiences
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, researchers, editors, and data scientists to support the building and growth of CNN Digital's product experiences
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship
  • Rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA)
  • Strong understanding of Figma, including understanding of the concept of components, interactive components, variables, prototypes, and asset libraries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and use data in design decision-making
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to constructive feedback
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Curiosity and an excitement for learning
