Position: Business Development Specialist - Mandarin Speaking

About Us: HungryPanda is a leading food delivery service that specializes in providing authentic Chinese cuisine and groceries to the Chinese community and international students since 2017. Our headquarters is located in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new merchants, driving sales revenue and enhancing market presence.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective merchants.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, addressing issues collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Perform regular visits to merchants, ensuring they have the necessary materials and support.
- Guarantee the timely and effective delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs and objectives.
- Continuously update and manage backend settings for each assigned merchant.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery Operations to align strategies that boost Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
- Preferred experience in business negotiations, sales, and marketing management.
- Experience in internet-based companies is advantageous.
- Strong skills in time management and project oversight.
- High awareness of market trends and data sensitivity.
- Exceptional commercial insight and a proactive approach to working with restaurants, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently manage business negotiations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000 - $65,000 per year
