About the Role:

As a New Business Account Executive at Michael Page, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role will require you to be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your target market and territory
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close of sale
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Contribute to the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment
  • Prospecting experience and a proven track record of closing business
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A positive attitude and a desire to win
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and think on your feet
  • Coachability and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
