Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and a strong customer-first approach.
  • Engage clients to address their questions and concerns, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
  • Handle client outreach with a focus on delivering accurate information and setting clear expectations to facilitate smooth interactions.
  • Maintain and update the company's databases to identify, qualify, and prioritize leads.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, including cold leads, to explore new business opportunities by leveraging strategic communication skills and building a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and effective nurturing through the sales pipeline.
  • Support the marketing team with onsite content creation, including capturing Reels, photos, and conducting video interviews.
  • Coordinate and manage follow-up meetings and communications to ensure timely and effective client management.
  • Assist the VP of Business Development with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and CRM management.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events, promoting our services and fostering positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with deadlines.
  • Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and offer solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Provide the sales team with accurate timeline information to support the creation of client proposals and presentations.
  • Organize regular check-ins with internal and external stakeholders to maintain open communication and transparency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; OR commensurate experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and a strong understanding of CRM management and lead tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and issues with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment:
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required. Workdays and hours coincide with job site and/or office hours.
  • This job operates mostly in the office, with occasional visits to construction sites reviewing progress and meeting with project stakeholders.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and various digital devices.
