About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with store associates, store management, and other district managers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product knowledge training sessions for current and newly hired store associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively sell and promote our products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share, and to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Collaborate with other sales and service representatives to achieve sales and service goals, and to share best practices and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and store associates.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to other locations as needed.
  • Valid driver's license required.
