Job Title: Route Sales Representative

Frito-Lay North America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores, including unloading orders and merchandising product
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales and promote our products
  • Run routes for team members, gain experience in different stores, and meet new customers
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
