Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a High Performance Kart Mechanic. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our fleet of state-of-the-art, high-performance, high-speed electric go-karts.

Job Description

As a High Performance Kart Mechanic, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on our go-kart fleet
  • Maintaining track and facility appearance and functionality
  • Ensuring the pit, kart shop, and track areas remain clean and safe
  • Assisting the track crew with track operations as needed
  • Performing closing duties to secure the pit and track for the following day
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous mechanical repair experience, preferably in the golf kart, go-kart, motorcycle, or motorsports field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Standing over 2/3 of time
  • Walking over 2/3 of time
  • Lifting is required
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
