The Senior Analyst, Commercialization will leverage robust analytical skills alongside a comprehensive understanding of our clientele and product offerings to aid in the formulation of our commercialization strategies and to guide critical pricing decisions.

This role entails advancing pricing initiatives while collaborating with a diverse team, including finance and other product marketing and management professionals.

The Senior Analyst, Commercialization will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Decision Support and Recommendation Development: Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and finance teams to facilitate strategic decision-making regarding the pricing and packaging of individual products and the overall platform.
  • Identify essential research and analysis necessary for developing pricing recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough and precise analyses to evaluate various options and scenarios to inform recommendations.
  • Synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and financial assessments to create cohesive recommendations that support executive-level decision-making.

Competitive Analysis and Customer Insights:

  • Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape, including pricing and packaging strategies of major competitors.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers' business models, cost structures, and key purchasing influences to inform pricing strategies.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods to guide product development and commercialization efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with operational teams to facilitate the implementation of commercialization strategies.
  • Assist in creating tools and messaging to enable field teams to effectively communicate product value and positioning to customers.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing or pricing role within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in strategy consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and with executive leadership.

Compensation

Relativity is dedicated to maintaining competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation, which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives.

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $106,000 and $158,000. The final offered salary will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
