Job Summary

The Asset Liability Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the organization's asset/liability strategy by evaluating and analyzing data to inform decision-making. This position will assist in the development of critical analyses, design and implementation of automated systems, and monitoring and reporting on interest rate risk and liquidity risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce regular market pricing reports to illustrate the competitive landscape of the primary market and disposition opportunities in the secondary market.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations, including ALCO and Board reports.
  • Communicate valuation and net interest income analytics to senior management.
  • Contribute to investment activity and return attribution reporting for senior management review.
  • Report results of Asset-Liability Management (ALM) Stress Tests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in corporate treasury or finance at a banking institution.
  • Directly related to asset liability management or interest rate risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Professional designation (CFA, FRM, PRM) highly preferred.
Benefits

The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $160,000. The benefits available for this full-time position include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, and paid time off, including paid parental leave benefits.
