We are looking for a Senior Identity Engineer to become a part of our Information Security division. The main duty of this role is to create, integrate, and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for various business units, personnel, and clients located across different regions. This role will be pivotal in managing our suite of IAM products and will engage in various ongoing and new development/enhancement projects to support business initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with application developers and vendors to design, configure, test, and deploy IAM solutions that align with the enterprise's business requirements and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate ForgeRock solutions with internal and external applications for automated provisioning, access request approvals, and custom workflows.
  • Architect, implement, and engineer IAM solutions utilizing ForgeRock Identity Cloud technology.
  • Administer IdentityIQ, focusing on application onboarding and managing access certification and attestation campaigns.
  • Design and implement provisioning and de-provisioning workflows for user accounts across various systems.
  • Develop and configure adapters and connectors for account management across different databases and systems.
  • Collaborate with business and application teams to fulfill User Lifecycle Management provisioning needs.
  • Establish and configure access control roles for applications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Information Security and Compliance teams to facilitate auditing and reporting processes.
  • Work with Operations to deploy and integrate new technologies into existing environments.
  • Engage with Enterprise Architecture and Business teams to identify opportunities for enhancing IAM capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and development for IAM, including monitoring server events and maintaining data integrity.
  • Manage existing IAM infrastructure and deliver Level 2/3 support, collaborating with help desk teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • J2EE Certification and/or CISSP certification are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud or similar Identity Management systems.
  • At least 4 years of experience with programming languages such as Java, middleware technologies (web services, SOAP/XML, REST), SQL DBMS, Active Directory, and LDAP/Directory Server design.
  • Experience in software installation on both Windows and Unix platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements and experience in regulated environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex directory services and IAM ecosystems.
  • Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in scripting and programming, including shell/Perl and LDAP API interfacing.
  • Experience in developing Access Request forms/workflows and managing user access provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodologies for production processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to interact effectively with technical and business personnel across the organization.
