About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Reporting Analyst to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and testing reporting solutions to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create advanced analysis reports using PowerBI to provide visibility into supply chain data and support business decision-making.
- Migrate existing legacy report environments to the latest BI platforms and Lakehouse data, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain Management, providing technical guidance and support to global teams.
- Partner with Supply Chain functional teams to design and develop PowerBI reports and Databricks data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the governance of Supply Chain reporting, ensuring adherence to quality standards and expectations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to provide reporting and analytic support for strategic projects.
Key Relationships:
- Supply Chain Functional Teams: Product Supply, Order Fulfillment, Inbound Transportation, Outbound Transportation, Deployment, WHS Excellence, Retail Excellence, DTC Excellence.
- Global Data and Analytics Teams.
Requirements:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete requests with deadlines.
- Knowledge of supply chain and ability to understand issues and drive solutions.
- ERP experience desired, SAP preferred.
- Proven Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft PowerBI expertise with knowledge of PowerQuery and DAX.
- Proven Intermediate/Advanced understanding of SQL.
- Strong understanding of Excel and relational databases.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with occasional PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups and skill levels in a productive manner.
- Ability to demonstrate adidas values for living an inclusive and respectful culture of belonging.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with focus in Supply Chain or Data Analytics preferred.
- 3+ years related work experience preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Industry experience preferred.
