Key Responsibilities:

  • Create advanced analysis reports using PowerBI to provide visibility into supply chain data and support business decision-making.
  • Migrate existing legacy report environments to the latest BI platforms and Lakehouse data, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain Management, providing technical guidance and support to global teams.
  • Partner with Supply Chain functional teams to design and develop PowerBI reports and Databricks data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the governance of Supply Chain reporting, ensuring adherence to quality standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to provide reporting and analytic support for strategic projects.

Key Relationships:

  • Supply Chain Functional Teams: Product Supply, Order Fulfillment, Inbound Transportation, Outbound Transportation, Deployment, WHS Excellence, Retail Excellence, DTC Excellence.
  • Global Data and Analytics Teams.

Requirements:

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete requests with deadlines.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and ability to understand issues and drive solutions.
  • ERP experience desired, SAP preferred.
  • Proven Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft PowerBI expertise with knowledge of PowerQuery and DAX.
  • Proven Intermediate/Advanced understanding of SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and relational databases.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with occasional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups and skill levels in a productive manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate adidas values for living an inclusive and respectful culture of belonging.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with focus in Supply Chain or Data Analytics preferred.
  • 3+ years related work experience preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Industry experience preferred.
