Supply Chain Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at LHH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures.
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as production, sales, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
