Type 1 Diabetes Care Coordinator

The Type 1 Diabetes Care Coordinator provides safe, direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist physician with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments
- Process data and generate reports; assist in reception and discharge areas; handle patient calls and triage using documentation
- Document lab cultures; ensure follow-up on abnormal results
- Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
