The ideal candidate will not only be proficient with numbers but will also possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to adapt swiftly and assimilate new information to assist the CEO and executive team in steering the company's strategic vision and capitalizing on high-value opportunities and acquisitions in a rapidly evolving and highly acquisitive landscape.
- Develop and manage the financial strategy, planning, and analysis processes.
- Oversee all aspects of financing and refinancing, requiring experience in real estate loan financing, robust broker relationships, and strategic problem-solving for intricate deal structures.
- Facilitate acquisition initiatives and assist in the integration of new acquisitions.
- Analyze, interpret, and provide recommendations on presentations, strategic agreements, and financial documents.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with banking institutions while establishing new strategic partnerships.
- Must excel in a fast-paced, family-owned business environment.
- Proven ability to construct financial models from various data sources; advanced Excel proficiency is essential, along with expertise in financing and financial modeling.
- Act as a polished representative of the organization, enhancing its reputation among investors, banks, and industry stakeholders.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and readiness to engage in hands-on tasks.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and finance-based problem-solving capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and a business-savvy, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence key business partners and colleagues.
- Experience in financing debt within the restaurant and/or real estate sectors is highly regarded.
- Flexible work schedule and willingness to work extended hours are required.
- Familiarity with Yardi and GP is preferred.
- Willingness to start on a contingency basis for refinancing projects, with potential success fees based on loan amounts.
· $250,000 - $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience
