A dynamic and privately-held organization is in search of a versatile and strategic CFO to lead the financial vision and operations. This role requires a candidate who is not only adept with numbers but also possesses a comprehensive skill set to support the CEO and executive team in navigating the company's strategic initiatives and capitalizing on lucrative opportunities in a rapidly evolving and acquisition-focused landscape.
- Develop and manage the financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis.
- Oversee all aspects of financing and refinancing, with a strong emphasis on real estate loan transactions and building strategic broker relationships.
- Assist in acquisition processes and facilitate the integration of newly acquired entities.
- Evaluate, interpret, and provide insights on financial documents and strategic agreements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banking institutions while fostering new strategic partnerships.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, family-owned business environment.
- Proven experience in creating financial models from various data sources, with advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of financial modeling techniques.
- Act as a professional representative of the organization, enhancing its reputation among investors and industry stakeholders.
- Possess a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and readiness to engage in hands-on tasks.
- Quick to learn with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities in finance.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in financing within the restaurant and/or real estate sectors is highly valued.
- Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to work extended hours.
- Familiarity with Yardi and GP is preferred.
- Open to starting on a contingency basis for refinancing projects, with potential success fees based on loan amounts.
· Salary range: $250,000 - $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
