Human Resources Director

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and organized professional with expertise in human resources management. Reporting directly to the President of HR Partners, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, directing, and coordinating their human resources activities. Your primary goal will be to maximize the strategic use of human resources while maintaining compliance with various laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities">
- Advisory Services: Assist clients in formulating plans and policies for human resources activities, ensuring they align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Policies and Procedures: Recommend changes to clients' policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations, promoting a fair and equitable work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs that meet legal requirements, driving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Administer the recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to position analysis, sourcing, interviews, candidate comparison, and job offers, acting as a consultant to the client's management/hiring team.
- Employee Engagement: Serve as a link between clients and employees by responding to questions, interpreting contracts, and resolving work-related problems, fostering a positive work environment.
- Special Projects: Lead special and cross-functional project teams, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field required; Human Resources Certification preferred.
- Experience: Experience working in an office/team environment, demonstrating effective time management, written communication skills, and professional maturity.
- Skillset: Excellent interpersonal communication (oral and written) skills, ability to present training programs, maintain confidentiality, work in a team environment, problem-solve, and handle multiple tasks.
Work in a professional and deadline-oriented environment in an office setting, interacting effectively with co-workers, public officials, and the general public. Travel may be limited, but valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record is required.
Estimated Salary Range">
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
