Medical Review Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our medical review team, ensuring that they are meeting the highest standards of production and quality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, with at least 10 years of experience in medical review claims. You will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor your team to achieve their full potential.
