Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical IT Solutions Analyst to contribute to our organization. The IT Solutions Analyst will be instrumental in assessing and deploying technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technology Evaluation:
    • Review current technology frameworks, processes, and systems to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
    • Investigate new technologies and trends to propose creative solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  2. Requirements Analysis:
    • Engage with stakeholders to collect and document technology project requirements.
    • Perform gap analysis and feasibility assessments to identify optimal strategies for new solution implementation.
  3. Project Oversight:
    • Oversee technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of outcomes.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to effectively execute project plans.
  4. Technical Assistance:
    • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues and user inquiries.
    • Implement solutions to address technical challenges and enhance system performance.
  5. Data Insights:
    • Examine data from technology systems to extract insights and recommend process enhancements.
    • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders regarding technology utilization.
  6. Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure technology systems and processes adhere to security policies, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Implement strategies to protect data integrity and privacy across all technology platforms.
  7. Training and Documentation:
    • Create training materials and conduct sessions to inform users about new technology solutions and features.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge resources for technology systems and procedures.
  8. Innovation and Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and innovation within technology operations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to propose strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • X+ years of experience as an IT Solutions Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a comparable role, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, databases, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Relevant technology certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS) are a plus.
