Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Mana Resources LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential care, support, and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Support residents in community outings and recreational activities.
  • Promote skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and self-care.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and positive living environment.
  • Document and report on resident progress and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and other staff to create individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • CPR/First-Aid Certification and Med Certification (Training provided).
  • Valid drivers license and reliable insured and registered transportation.
