**Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

**Requirements**

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
