Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-directed care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and interests
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents in recreational activities, promoting socialization and engagement
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, ensuring resident well-being and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new grads welcome
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $18-$25, depending on experience
- A $2/hr shift differential for PT NOC Shift and $1/hr shift differential for PT EVE Shift
- A $2,500 sign-on bonus for PT EVE Shift
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement
