Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at UofL Health. This role will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, greeting appointments, and responding to visitor inquiries.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare expense reports, ensuring compliance with UofL Health policies.
  • Perform clerical duties, including composing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and filing documents.
  • Assist with departmental meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, including time and attendance, payroll, and personnel files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of recent administrative or clerical experience preferred.
