Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Avolve Software Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the marketing lead generation funnel to drive high-quality leads and conversions
  • Own and report on marketing campaigns to measure ROI and optimize performance
  • Develop targeted prospect nurturing campaigns across channels, including email, social, paid-digital advertising, and webinars
  • Manage campaigns to support events and product launches
  • Utilize marketing systems, HubSpot, and ABM platform to deliver MQLs and drive sales
  • Develop digital tools for lead generation and tracking campaign and program performance
  • Support SDR messaging and support
  • Manage and mentor members of the marketing team
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of relevant demand generation professional marketing experience in a B2B role, with a focus on technology and public sector
  • Ability to successfully manage lead generation and drive revenue growth
  • Track record of collaborating with other team members as well as autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a requirement to write copy and support basic design-work in Canva and email creation tools
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Experience in managing data and marketing analytics
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation and project planning software

Compensation:
  • $65k-$80k annual salary plus bonus potential based on company profitability
  • Salary may be adjusted based on experience and geographic location outside of Boston, MA
