Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for technicians and managers.
  • Maintain accurate service logs, equipment tracking, and calibration schedules.
  • Ensure service and repair documentation meets compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with biomedical equipment service logs and healthcare compliance standards (a plus).
  • Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software (preferred).
