Electro-Mechanical Engineer Job Description

The Electro-Mechanical Engineer is a key member of our team at Compellier, responsible for designing and developing innovative technologies for the construction industry. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with Solidworks CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new technologies for use in construction
  • Collaborate with team members and customers on high-quality engineering designs
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and training to field mechanics and technicians
  • Maintain all intellectual property according to quality system best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 8 years of engineering experience
  • Master's Degree or a related field with at least 7 years of engineering experience
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills
  • Ability to live the ICOMPEL values
  • Ability to understand and follow safety instructions
Working Conditions:

The Electro-Mechanical Engineer will work in a warehouse environment with occasional travel required. The ability to occasionally lift 50-70lbs is necessary, and adherence to safety practices and programs is essential.
