Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Design, Development, and Continuous Improvement team, you will play a critical role in the design and improvement of our Premier Rooftop Products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve the fan and air moving systems of our larger RTU's
  • Work with the Controls, Electrical, and Refrigeration Teams to develop Power Distribution and Control Systems for the Air Moving Systems
  • Drive Cost Reductions and Efficiency Improvements
  • Collaborate with CI, Quality, and Manufacturing Teams to ensure the Premier Rooftop Product Line is the best in the industry
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Design
  • HVAC Product Design Experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SAP or Equivalent MRP Systems strongly preferred
About the Manager

You will report to and be mentored by the Director of Engineering for Large RTU's, who has over 25 years of experience in the Design and Application of Rooftop Units and over 30 years of experience in the HVAC Industry.
