About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Integra Surgical Reconstruction team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the surgical reconstruction market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the surgical device or medical sales industry
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
