  • First-Time Travelers: Accepted
  • Shift Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM, with rotating on-call duties and holiday shifts. On-call responsibilities include one Saturday night every six weeks.
  • Unit Information: Conduct routine ultrasound examinations for in-patient, out-patient, and emergency room patients.
  • Equipment Used: Siemens ultrasound machines

Job Requirements:

  • Licensing: State license and required certifications must be current and available for submission.
  • Skillset: Required: PACS; Preferred: experience with portables and biopsies.
  • Ultrasound Procedures: Required: General, abdomen, renal/pelvis; Preferred: OB/GYN, amniocentesis, paracentesis, thoracentesis, ultrasound-guided biopsy/FNA.
  • Floating Requirements: None
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years required.

Schedule Information:

  • Shift Requirements: Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM, with rotating on-call duties and holiday shifts.

Additional Information:

  • Valid driver's license or passport required; must provide a clear copy.
  • AHA certifications only; RQI is acceptable.
  • Verify required certifications based on the cost center.
  • Online verification of license, including expiration date and any disciplinary actions, must be conducted through the primary source.
  • Medication test and pharmacology exam required.
  • Ishihara exam or equivalent online testing accepted; minimum score for online exam is 100%.
