Position Overview
As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals who are embarking on their journey towards recovery and mental health improvement. Your responsibilities will include providing direct peer support services, offering emotional encouragement, and engaging in both direct and indirect efforts to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver immediate assistance to individuals entering recovery and mental health programs.
2. Offer direct peer support and emotional guidance to clients and their families as needed.
3. Complete necessary documentation and paperwork on a daily basis.
4. Collaborate with community resources to connect with individuals in unhoused situations and those residing in temporary living arrangements.
5. Assist clients with transportation needs and referrals to higher levels of care when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Must possess the physical capability to walk and remain on your feet throughout the duration of your shift as required.
