Teller Float Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Teller Float Support Specialist will serve as a valuable resource at various locations within the designated market, interacting with management teams to ensure productivity is optimized and staffing and service levels are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and accurately process daily transactions for customers
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to INTRUST's character qualities
- Promote an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and listening skills, detail-oriented, knowledge of basic math, strong interpersonal skills, and service-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule at multiple locations, including potential travel between locations
